Looking for a computer course in New Delhi

Hi There,

I am looking for a computer course to take up whilst I am in Delhi. I am looking to learn advanced Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Photoshop or similar creative applications.
I am looking for something that is a certified qualification but there are so many in India I just don't know which one to choose from nor to do know which good/appropriate.

I also need information on good colleges or schools which provide these classes.
I dont want to go to a university like JNU or anything, the course I want to do is something light and part time.

Any information or advice is greatly appreciated.
