Moving to Delhi - Shahdara (New Delhi)

We are considering a move to Delhi, and the job and accommodation is in Shadhara.
My husband and I have 3 children and would much appreciate input from someone who is familiar or can advise me on living in that area. I would want to put 2 of my kids at the British or American School.

I have a small list of questions like....

Living in Shadhara? - with 3 young children? Is there grocery stores - other expats?
What is the International Schooling like?
Commuting to School - what is the traffic time/like from Shadhara?
Is living in Shadhara and driving into New Delhi difficult -?
What is the hospital/doctor situation ?

and a few more questions if anyone out there is willing to answer!!
