my new destination: Delhi...how it is? (New Delhi)

Dear all :)

I get an offer to go to Delhi.

I am working in Garment Industry, so basically I will be working outside frm City, I think so.

I am living Shanghai since Protected content .

How is the real life in this area?

How are the living or health conditions,water,weather?english level? Traffic?

what about relocation packet? could someone give me some ideas..It will be great!!!

I know Europe thru living there and a lot of traveling, I was in North Africa, Latin America and China...so how is south Asia?
