Title: Sales and Marketing Executive
Reports to: Sales and Marketing Director, GI.
Based at: An ‘at home’ role out of New Delhi
To plan and carry out direct marketing and sales activities, so as to maintain and develop sales of Protected content
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
1. Develop ideas and create offers for direct mail and marketing to major accounts with contact support from Mumbai office.
2. Maintain and develop a computerised customer and prospect database.
3. Plan and carry out direct marketing activities (principally direct appointments).
4. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone, and personal visits.
5. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with internal order-processing staff.
Our product and service range is quite niche and focuses on the high networth individual. The interactions are therefore with a small very exclusive group of people in India to explore advertising and promotional deals.
We are looking for someone who can communicate well, is enthusiastic, takes interest in the role and has basic communication skills.
The remuneration can be attractive as it will be incentive led.
