India and Uruguay have fruitfully engaged in enhancing bilateral relations between the two countries and has received impetus in the last decade to further political, cultural and trade relations. In order to widen and deepen the bilateral relations between India and Uruguay, H E Mr. Danilo Astori, Vice-President of the Republic of Uruguay is visiting India from Protected content , Protected content by Senior Cabinet Ministers and a High Level Business Delegation comprising of members from Logistics, Free Zones, Tech Parks, Legal Services, Mining, Real Estate, Wine, Wood, Food , Agri Machinery, Agri Business, Entertainment, Pharmaceuticals, Textiles, Infrastructure, Information Technology, Steel & Other Metals.

Given the wide scope of emerging economic opportunities available for Indian companies and in ascertaining prevailing market conditions in Uruguay CII is organinsing a Seminar on “India-Uruguay Business Opportunities” Friday, 25 February, Protected content , Long Champ, Taj Mahal, New Delhi. HE Mr. Danilo Astori, Vice-President of the Republic of Uruguay has kindly consented to be the chief guest for this seminar.
