Setting up LLP as a foreign investor (retail) (New Delhi)

Hi all,

I am working on a fashion brand that I would like to launch in India. Through some research, I found out that the 100% FDI in a single retail brand is possible at the moment in India. Is that correct and do any of you have any experience in setting up a LLP who can tell me how cumbersome it is and how long it might take to get through all the formalities. I would appreciate any advice you could offer. Thanks a ton
