surf & fishing In India (New Delhi)

I moved to India one week ago, And I miss already surfing a bit. Appart from the well known destinations such us sri lanka, Maldives and Nicobar, can somebody recomend me any good surf spots in India? I herad about kerala and Goa during the monsoon, but I have no clear idea.
If any body is interested on organize surf trips, please, let me know.
I really love as well sport fishing, salt and unsulted water fishing. Around Dehi I think that with the poluoted waters there is no chances, but Other places?
