Winding down Sunday, Yoga session (New Delhi)
Join Prachi this Sunday, the 2nd of February for a restorative and re-energizing Yoga session. Tailored to be a buster for stresses you will have faced during the week, this session will re-energize you for the week ahead.
We will start with a mindfulness meditation which will help you become aware of all that you are holding - what is serving you, and what isn't. The session will help you let go of what you don't need and nurture what you do need. We will end with a grounding exercise which will take you through the new (or old) set of challenges you will face ahead.
A rested soul is the most efficient. Take the time to rest this Sunday.
