• The Customer Care Representative is the initial point of contact for customers who have inquiries about products or services.
• Customer Care Representatives answer basic and general questions and promote retention by addressing customer concerns in a professional and pleasing manner. They also trouble-shoot product performance problems, resolve customer complaints, and process payments and refunds while presenting the company in a positive manner.
