2 bdrm summer sublet UWS with cat (New York)

We are subletting our fully-furnished 2 bedroom apartment for the whole summer - that is end of June through mid September. If you looking for a real New York home for the summer and are happy to take care of our furry friend we will throw in a $500 a month discount. Please note this is strictly a sublet only. If you would like the apartment but do not wish to take care of a cat - this can also be arranged.

The apartment is brand new renovated with an enormous eat in kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and extra sofa bed in the living room which sleeps another 2 people.

We will provide you with wireless internet and cable TV subscription as well as HBO and Netflix access. There are 2 flat screen TVs - one in the living room and one in the master bedroom for nights in and plenty of amazing neighborhood joints for nights out!

Our apartment also features plenty of closet space, an extensive library and is right next to Riverside park if you like to jog in the morning or just sit on a bench and watch the world go by.

Alternatively, the apartment is also a few blocks walks from Central Park.

Travel links are fabulous with the 1,2 and 3 trains within easy access.

The Neighborhood

One of the most desirable, historic streets in the neighborhood, West End Avenue itself is the embodiment of urban elegance: tree-lined residential blocks, landmarked pre-war properties and wide, welcoming sidewalks create a sense of space and grandeur that is unique to the city. Located just steps from Riverside Park to the west and a few short blocks from Central Park to the east, Protected content End Avenue features an intercom access system, live-in resident manager, a beautifully appointed lobby, and laundry facilities in the basement. All forms of transportation are extremely convenient. The building is located a few blocks from the 1/2/3 trains, Broadway bus service, and one block from the Henry Hudson Parkway, making weekend getaways accessible in a snap.

Other Things to Note

There is a furry creature living in the apartment which would like a feline friendly visitor who is happy to feed him every day and change his litter once a week.
