I wish to be in New York this summer from June 15th - Aug 20th... Is there anyone who is out for their summer vacation, and who would like to sublet their place to me...? I can assure you of utmost cleanliness and respect for your place while you are away... I am a PhD student in my FINAL months of writing the dissertation... Have been in Paris for a long time now where I am pursuing my degree... But this summer, I want to stay in New York and work from there...
