Boston to NYC, By road or by flight? (New York)

I am planning to go to boston after the conference, would like to have you recommendations on choosing what's best for me. I am little out of the cash but still want to know what you recommend?

I heard there is a train go to NYC from Boston. Can you please share the name of that train and how can i book myself?

Is there any suggestion/recommendations for me?
