We are currently seeking a Community Manager in Miami, with Protected content work expereince for one of our web-based clients. The ideal candidate has a background in marketing and public relations and is a social media expert. Should be extremely organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once. B2C experience necessary. Job Description: Author blog posts, articles, podcasts, videos and screencasts and other social media tools. Analyze issues, patterns and trends in customer requests & product performance. Act as voice of the user passing feedback to the appropriate departments (bugs, messaging effectiveness to marketing, and identifying user generated content). Establish metrics & report on outbound activities on a monthly basis including recommendations Arrange a variety of events. Requirements: BA/BS preferred in relevant discipline (Marketing, PR, Media...). Relevant social media experience (3 years minimum). Creative and strategic self-starter. Outstanding communicator with solid experience dealing with local communities Outstanding presentation skills.
