Current Things you must do while in NYC (New York)

Hello everyone,
I'll be flying in into NYC tomorrow and would like to know what the current must-dos are. Like which musicals to see, where to definitely have breakfast/lunch/dinner, where to hang our, where to shop. I've done the tourist tour before, so now it is only to hang out and shop, see some musicals/opera/concerts and make a few new friends. I'll be in Nov 13th through the 20th.
