Expats need help? (New York)

Hello

I am based in the New York Metro area and would be more than happy to help you or your friends if they are staying here (short or long term) for free of course as a volunteer gesture to the InterNations community like an ambassador.

I am a senior intercultural trainer and I have lived and still work abroad all the time. I know what it’s like to live in the USA and the EU. I also speak a little French Italian and Greek and Spanish. I would love to help anyone needs information about living and working in New York and New Jersey.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to me even with the smallest of questions or requests, you never know! I will help as best I can. I have a huge network of resources and people; places, ideas, and things to see and do while you are here (many free). I also know real estate agents in NY/NJ if you are looking for a place to live or other short term affordable accommodations.

I can also help you with any career related queries about how to navigate the system, including companies that are a good fit and suggestions for your resume and cover letter (so it looks and sounds American!)
