Gorgeous, furnished, six-month sublet! Park Slope (New York)

Hi, everyone! We are moving to Nairobi and want to sublet our gorgeous, three-bedroom Brooklyn apartment for six months!

Six month sublet available Feb 1st! Beautiful, furnished, sunny three-bedroom, two bath apartment in a great location right between Park Slope and Prospect Heights -- a wonderful place to spend your spring and summer. A few minutes walk from Prospect Park and a few minutes from Barclays Center -- surrounded by restaurants, shops, and playgrounds. There are a million activities in the park -- including summer concerts, skating, boating, a splashpad for kids... We're a 30 minute walk or quick bus ride to Brooklyn Bridge Park -- an amazing destination park with a "beach," BBQ area, sprawling lawns, amazing views of the city, and fantastic playgrounds. We're near amazing ice cream shops and fantastic restaurants. It's really be best location you could ask for!

The kitchen has all new (as of October) appliances and lots of storage space. The three bedrooms all have nice sized closets, and there's a walk-in storage/coat closet opposite the kitchen. The apartment is one flight up. Huge living space and great kitchen! Our family of four is very comfortable and happy here -- we're leaving the country for six months -- and hope to leave it in good hands until we return! The apartment is perfect for a family, but could also easily be used by roommates -- the space is big enough that three roommates would be very comfortable. It's ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy the best Brooklyn has to offer -- close proximity to Manhattan, surrounded by parks, playgrounds, restaurants, and lots of exciting summer activities. $3,300 per month.
