Hamptons: Tennis or other sports to do? (New York)

I m spending 3 weeks in Southampton and would love to find a tennis partner, bests for during the week. I m not a good player and I like to play with all kind of levels, from beginner to prof... We have a tennis court at our house, so this shouldnt be a problem.
Also like to do any other sport such as Waterpolo, Biking, Running, Hiking, Soccer, Fishing, ... any advice on nice activities welcomed!
I just figured out that it can get boring during the week ;-)
