Hiking This Saturday (May 22) (New York)

I’d like to invite Internations members to go hiking with my friends and me this Saturday at Breakneck Ridge, where the Appalachian Mountains meet the Hudson River.

We’re meeting at the clock in the middle of Grand Central Terminal at 8:30 AM. We’ll get there around 10 AM, hike for Protected content , take the train back from the nearby town of Cold Spring and arrive back at 3:30 PM. The first part of the hike is somewhat steep, with a bit of scrambling required. (If this is a problem, I would advise against this trail, as there are no good alternate routes to the top of the ridge.)

Friends are welcome, but everyone should bring:

- Protected content shoes (hiking boots recommended)
- Protected content (there are no stores or taps at the trailhead)
