In need of a good German hair stylist in NYC (New York)

Hi all,
coming from Germany, I am used to hairstylists who have enjoyed a Protected content apprenticeship before being allowed to "embellish" other peoples' looks!

I sadly found out that the hair stylists here in the city apparently don't go through that much training...! :-//
Does anybody know an affordable German hairstylist in town - a real good one? Please let me know... Thanks, Andrea
