HR Senior Vice President has a unique opportunity for a self starter interested in learning about Human Resources, while contributing to the daily responsibilities of a busy executive. We are seeking an Assistant to provide general support and assist in daily HR operations. Responsibilities will include: setting up meetings and appointments, handling phones and filing, creating PowerPoint presentations, coordinating supervisor’s travel plans, responding to general HR inquiries and handling special projects. This is also a central liaison position for a Protected content department, responsible for coordinating materials and handling confidential information. The ability to assume responsibility for independent projects will be required.
Position requires a detailed-oriented, energetic person who knows when to ask questions and how to get things done. Successful candidate must have the ability to take initiative, exercise independent thinking, while performing normal administrative duties. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. You must have the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work independently. Candidate should have excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills and must have a minimum of 1 year office experience with an interest in HR.
