Joseph P. Quinlan is Chief Market Strategist & Managing Director of the Bank of America Investment Strategies Group. He oversees the development and implementation of investment strategies and solutions for the various channels of the Global Wealth and Investment Management Division. With nearly 20 years of financial services experience, Mr. Quinlan most recently served as a Senior Global Economist for Morgan Stanley. He lectures on finance and global economics at New York University and is a Senior Fellow at the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University, Washington, DC.
