Ever dream about dancing at Carnegie Hall to a big band? Well, here’s your chance! Carnegie Hall is hosting a Lindy Hop dance and contest. The winner will get to dance on the Carnegie Hall stage to the music of The New York Pops in its November 1 Sing Sing Swing concert. The panel of judges includes Norma Miller, Dawn Hampton, Leetopher Scott, Broadway actress Montego Glover and Steven Reineke, conductor/music director of The New York Pops. Dance competition begins 8:45pm, and there is social dancing until 1am to the music of DJ George Gee.
