Looking for a room in NY possible swap with Cannes (New York)

I am a member of internations Cannes and intend to spend two weeks in New York next summer July 16th to 24th and the first week of August ( flexible dates) Would anyone have a nice room for rent in a nice place in New York. I would either pay or offer the equivalent in my newly renovated apartment in Cannes 10mns on foot from the Palais des Festivals from next summer onwards. Let me know if anybody is interested.
