pet relocation company (New York)

Hi guys, does anyone know of a good, not so expensive pet relocation agent in NYC? I would like to bring my Dog from New York City to my new home in Europe. Amsterdam or Brussels. I have found one pet relocation agent in Manhattan but they are soooo expensive, almost 3K to bring a little dog!!! At any rate, any help is highly appreciated.
