Public Elementary School for New Expat Children (New York)

Hello,
I am moving with my son mid- July From Brussels to Bernardsville, NJ. Anybody knows a summer camp in the neighborhood to catch up with the American curriculum ?
My son is 9 bilingual English/French in 3rd Grade heading to 4th Grade.

How can I find resources such as books or websites about topics that American kids in 3rd grade are supposed to know before entering 4th grade ?
