Returning NY'er ISO sm room to rent in Manhattan (New York)

My name is Richard, and I'm seeking a small, clean room, that can be little more than a closet. I will typically just sleep there. Although WiFi would be helpful. I'm open to male/female or straight/gay roomies. I am a straight, white collar and working on the new media side of entertainment.

I'm returning to the NYC area after spending the Summer away working. I used to sublet rooms as well, so I understand what sharing is all about. I'm well employed, clean and quiet. I'm looking in Manhattan, Hoboken or Brooklyn for 3 months. I'm looking to move in on, or soon after, Wednesday, September 29th.
