Bedroom with inbuilt closet. All modern conveniences (aircon, heating, fridge, gas stove/oven), cool wall finishing with partially exposed red brick. Conveniently located close to shops, Gristedes, cinemas, cafes, restaurants and the #6 subway line.

Location is on cnr of E28th street and 3rd avenue. Available from 1 Feb (possibly earlier) to 30 August. If you need post 30 August, possibility of renewing the lease with the landlord. One month rent deposit returned on satisfactory vacation (or re-leasing) of apartment on 30 August. Oh, and did I mention, choice of furnished or unfurnished? If you like the near new furniture, believe me, you'll get a reasonable deal to keep it.
