The best Korean / Vietnamese / Chinese Eateries? (New York)

Hi All,
Am totally excited to fly to NYC today and spend a week in the City. As I totally miss good Korean, Vietname, and Chinese food I'm looking for the BEST places to eat for a mid-range budget :).
Ofcourse I could just wander off to Chinatown and just pick at random, but would like to know where you would go!

Also, any good bar, club that you recommend? Last time I was in NYC I totally got dissed at the door, so not so much looking for the overrated chi-chi places.
