Visiting in February (New York)

Hey New Yorkers!
I’ll be in NYC for a weekend in February, since I will be attending a meeting and will continue to the next destinations on Monday (presumably Lima, but that is not set yet). I will be quite busy at daytime, but I have evenings and most of Sunday for exploring the city.
I’ve never been there before, and unfortunately have to leave after the weekend, so I really only have very limited time.
What would you suggest to visit with so little time? What are your top 3 sites (restaurant, something interesting to visit, cultural site..)?
