Waiting time for EAD I-765 Working permission E2 (New York)

My husband got a job offer in January for Manhattan NYC, so we got married in March Protected content , he moved to NYC in April Protected content , I moved to NYC in July Protected content . Goodbye to our lovely Swiss home.

He has received an E2 visa, I also as his wife. Now I applied for my EAD resp. the work visa I Protected content 17 May Protected content , this I paid immediately ($ Protected content I only received the I-797C "Notice of Action" on 22 May Protected content , which only counts as a payment confirmation and not as working permission.

On the USCIS homepage the waiting time for the I Protected content be adjusted from 4 months when I arrived in July to 5.5 months two weeks ago and now as of today to 6.5 months, which in my case would be 1 December Protected content the worst case. But I can't believe the system 100% if it is constantly adjusted.

Does anyone have experience with such long waiting times?
I'm tired of not working and I'm annoyed that it takes so long, even that the processing time is always arbitrarily changed.

Does anyone have any contact with an immigration lawyer where you could speed up the process?

Mein Mann hat ein Jobangebot im Januar für in Manhattan NYC erhalten, so haben wir im März Protected content , er ist dann per April Protected content NYC gezogen, ich per anfangs Juli Protected content . Adieu Schweizer Heimat.

Er hat ein E2-Visa erhalten, ich ebenfalls als seine Ehefrau. Nun habe ich per 17. Mai Protected content EAD resp. das Arbeitsvisa I Protected content , dies habe ich dann sofort bezahlt ($ Protected content habe ich dann nur per 22 Mai Protected content I-797C "Notice of Action" erhalten, was aber nur eine Zahlungsbestätigung und nicht als Working permission zählt.

Auf der USCIS-Homepage wird dauern die Wartezeit für das I Protected content , von 4 Monaten als ich im Juli ankam, zu 5,5 Monaten vor zwei Wochen und nun per heute auf 6,5 Monate, was in meinem Fall dann der 1. Dezember Protected content schlimmsten Fall wäre. Wo ich aber dem System auch nicht 100% glauben kann, wenn es dauernd angepasst wird.

Hat jemand Erfahrung damit, mit solch langen Wartezeiten? Ich bin es satt, nicht zu arbeiten und ärgere mich, dass es so lange dauert, auch dass die Bearbeitungszeit immer willkürlich geändert wird.

Hat jemand allenfalls einen Kontakt zu einem Anwalt für Immigration-Angelegenheiten, wo man den Prozess beschleunigen könnte?
