Where to find Spanish products in NYC?? (New York)

Hola a todos!

I need your help. On October 6th, my workplace is hosting a large Hispanic event at our corporate headquarters here in NYC that will feature five Hispanic countries. I am representing Spain and need Spanish cultural items to decorate a "Spain country table" with. Does anyone have any ideas of where I can cheaply buy or borrow items for a few hours that night? (budget is limited...)
