.ne domain - help? (Niamey)

Hello Everyone!

..My name is Anna, and I'm a geek person.... < that's probably how I should start this post :)

I've been thinking on some cool new domain name for my personal blog and photos etc, (currently own pinktrash.org) and I thought up a perfect one - desu.ne. There's just one problem, a dot ne domain requires physically being in Niger, and I'm in Poland... Also, is the cost of such domains as high in Niger as done from abroad? The lowest I've seen was 100gbp, compared with fairly cheap .net and .org domains for 13 bucks per 2 years it's a fortune.

Could anyone of You be so kind and give me a hand here? Does anyone know anything about this?
