Ecole Bilingue Internationale CDA Open Day 27 Feb (Nice)

Situated in the heart of Sophia Antipolis, EBICA offers a bilingual French/English programme for children from Preschool to Secondary school. The educational programme is based on the French Éducation Nationale and the English International Primary Curriculum (IPC), as well as National Literacy Programme and Secondary Standards. Montessori material and early reading methods are used in the preschool. The secondary programme prepares students for the French Baccalaureat, Baccalaureat with International Option or IB.

EBICA is a private school and uses this diversity of educational practices to enable children of varied scholastic and cultural backgrounds to integrate whilst broadening their horizons.

The pedagogical approach centres on student motivation, self confidence and evaluation, made possible by a permanent, positive teaching approach. Students also benefit from individual attention due to the small class sizes.

The whole EBICA team works cohesively together to ensure that the pedagogical approach is maintained throughout the school day guaranteeing the well being of each child.

To complement the unique approach in the classroom, the emphasis is put on a varied sporting programme which includes archery, hip hop dancing, climbing, tennis and innovative subjects (board games, theatre, environmental arts, music and its history).
