Getting a French social security number (Nice)

Hi there. My wife and I moved to Nice a month ago from Denmark, planning to stay here permanently. We both run our own businesses and want to register business here in Nice as auto-entrepreneurs. This can be done online, but to complete the process a french social security number is required.

Can someone please tell me were we get one as EU citizens here in Nice?
