Moving to Nice!

Hey all, I'm moving to Nice in Mid-March and hope to attend a few of the InterNations events and meet everyone when I arrive.

Beforehand, I was wondering if anyone could give me a bit of assistance?

I will be setting my business from my apartment and will need to sort phone lines (+ a special international package) and I think my poor grasp of the French language will make this almost impossible to do... I have therefore called a concierge company and they have quoted 70 Euros an hour to sort this and some other details. Is this the going rate? Or would anyone be interested in assisting me for a more neighborly fee? (Perhaps any translators who are freelance?!)

Also, wondering if anyone could recommend a good gym / boxing gym? a place to get French lessons? a good vets (as my puppy is coming too)?
