The group is continuing its international development, and is creating a Business Unit – International Client Support – to be based in Cagnes-sur-Mer. A true experimental "Teal Management" laboratory, our client is looking for three Country Advisors, one for each of the following countries:
COUNTRY ADVISOR FOR DENMARK / COUNTRY ADVISOR FOR FINLAND / COUNTRY ADVISOR FOR UK
With the support of the entire Cagnes-sur-Mer international team, which will be made up of seven persons, your principal task is to enable FRILANS FINANS customers to develop their businesses in new markets, in this case Denmark, Finland or the United Kingdom, in accordance with the labour laws in force in the country involved. You will be the facilitator of reference, and will enable the legal context to be made "safe, secure and simple".
Your work will be spread over two separate time periods:
Organizational phase: the first six months will include development of the business plan, implementation of the legal structure and creation of the relevant partnerships, including institutional, banking, accounting, legal, marketing and operational.
The operational phase is then split among your ongoing customer support role, the development and consolidation of the partnerships that have been formed, participation at labour-related events (trade shows, workshops, etc.) and administrative management for your clients and other independent workers. You will be working with the other members of the international team and with FRILANS FINANS's dedicated commercial development team.
At the same time, you will monitor labour market developments in the country and seek opportunities for growth.
The job requirements are:
-fluency in English and the language of the country concerned. In the case of the UK Country Advisor, a second language is desirable.
-proof of in-depth knowledge of the country so that you will be able to quickly identify the relevant economic and institutional actors.
-prior experience with managing transversal projects involving numerous regulatory constraints.
-being based in the region or a willingness to move close to the headquarters of BU Internationale in Cagnes-sur-Mer within six months to that you will be in a position to work closely with the team.
-willingness to travel frequently.
