Dress code for women (Nouakchott)

Hi All,
I should be arriving in Nouakchott at the beginning of July. What kind of clothing should I pack. I am aware that it is an Islamic republic and that I have to change my wardrobe. I would appreciate any tips on what kind of outfits to buy.
