Coming to Astana January 2016

Hey guys,

I am moving to Astana next year to work for a German institution.
I would like to know a little bit about the city beforehand, so hopefully someone can give me some feedback on these specific questions:
What would be the approximate rent cost for a 50 square meter apartment in the city?
Are there indoor tennis courts?
Is there a library or a book shop (English) to hang out on the weekend and have a coffee?
Anybody experience with private tutors in Russian language (price, school/private etc.)?
