language learning in OC (Orange County)

I try to pick up phrases in different languages when I go overseas. My wife claims the first phrase I learn is how to order a beer.

Currently, I'm trying to learn a little Portuguese because we may go to Portugal in Protected content . I'm doing this on the Internet, but I'd like to find a way to do this with "real people".

What are your recommendations for learning languages besides English in Orange County?
