Family Friendly Neighbourhood Recos (Orlando)

Hi All.
Fellow Canuck relocating to Orlando in the near future. Married with two young kids and looking for recos on neighbourhoods with similar young families. I'm trying to avoid any neighbourhoods teeming with vacation homes. I have no issues with vacation ownership. I just want my kids to make lasting friendships with kids who are in Orlando for more than the theme parks. Great public schools and availability of parks/rec are also a must.

Any advice you can offer is greatly appreciated.
