Position: Administrative Assistant, Sales
Job Profile

The primary responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant, Sales are to support the Sales team and department with the administrative duties, prepare sales records and statistics, maintain and manage sales records and files.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support for the Sales Department and assigned Manager
• Prioritize incoming correspondence; preliminary selection of the importance of materials, administration and organization of documents and files.
• Receive and filter incoming calls and visitors. Determine which are priority matters
• Preparation of material for meetings, business lunches, internal presentations etc
• Provide administrative support for the Sales Department and to the Office Manager
• Prioritize incoming correspondence; preliminary selection of the importance of materials, administration and organization of documents and files.

• Preparation of material for meetings, business lunches, internal presentations etc
• Coordination of calendar arrangements, appointments, meetings, conferences and business travels.
• Follow up on office expenditures such as equipment and supply needs

Education and Qualifications
 Minimum high school diploma. Preferably an Associates Degree from an accredited college or university
Skills
 Experienced using Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
 Bilingual – fluent verbal and written English and Spanish
 Excellent computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
 Effective interpersonal skills
 Good problem solving, assessment and communication skills
 Good planning, organizing, time and work management skills
 Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
 Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels, including during difficult or challenging circumstances
 Ability to think ahead and anticipate needs before they arise.
 Team Minded, Goal Oriented, Driven.
 Flexibility to attend networking events, seminars, marketing events etc.
