Childcare options in Oslo

Hi,

My wife and I are moving from London to Oslo this summer. We have an 18 month old daughter. We will both be working full time so we need to figure out what we are going to do about childcare. Kindergarten is the obvious choice. However, does anyone have experience of employing a nanny in Oslo instead of sending their kid(s) to kindergarten? If so, I'd love to hear from you.
