ECommerce Start up (Oslo)

Hei, Im interested in starting an online shop for mens clothing(t-shirts, sweaters, pants, etc..) I have a very good connection for name brands in surf, skate, and snow sector and I think there is a great opportunity and a good market in Norway for what I have to offer.

Am I able to sell any brand? ex.Billabong, Vans, Volcom, etc..

Where would I find licensing regulations and laws regarding online selling?

I can't find whats brands are represented by some these Norwegian distributors.
I've looked on Skat, altinn and even some distributors websites and can't find much.

Any leads or help will be much appreciated.
