Groceries shopping online (Oslo)

Hi, it would be a big help to me if I can do my daily stuff order online and have them delivered, as I don't have a car, and some of the household items are pretty haevy to carry on my own.
And I would appreciate very much if anybody can tell me where I can get american products such as softener paper for dryers, scented bags for clothes and scent diffusers.
