Leaving Norway for a bit - holidays, tax etc (Oslo)

Much to my own disappointment, I am leaving Norway and my Norwegian job for a few months, with the idea of coming back in the autumn of Protected content .

Does anybody have any experience when it comes to a quick "break" from the country?

Are there any type of advisors one can turn to know what will happen to the holidays for Protected content I have matured in Protected content , the feriepenger and so on?

The guys at skatteøst and UDI seem helpful, but honestly their preparation seems very basic, they are always deferring any clear recommendation...
