Living in Norway (Oslo)

Dear All,

I am currently living in awesome Istanbul, and working for one international company.However recently I got a job offer in Oslo i haven't accepted that one but I start wondering what would happen If...:) In addition i have a great friends in Norway and they definitely support that idea, i just would like to get some review from foreigner point of view.
Maybe i got some sign to check it out, who knows:)

So how do you feel living in Oslo, people, work market for foreigners, safety?
I speak couple of languages but not Norwegian of course so far so my main language would be English.
