Suggestion for planning move to Norway (Oslo)

Hi everybody! :)
I would like to come to work and live in Norway, somebody would like to tell me some hints in order to do the right things?
Currently I have a job a sales assistant, 5 years experience in big company. We sell sportswear and equipment.
Previously I worked in airport, and before as waiter.
I can speak english, japanese and little portuguese.
I planned to move in Norway as a wwoofer, in order to have a place to stay but saving money.
Any suggestion to find a job from Italy? What is the best period to try?
Should I try to learn ome Norske? I have a lot of material...
