Accommodation in Frankfurt (Ottawa)

Greetings,
I have a Refugee family from Syria who just made it into Germany and I am looking for safe accommodation for their daughter from Ottawa to go and visit them.
Money is really tight for the daughter in Ottawa; myself and a few other friends are buying her plane ticket.
Can anyone one help with accommodation, she will be in Germany (big country I know) only for a week to visit her family she has not seen in a long time. Her parents brother and sister endured a terrible journey to make it to Germany, they had 4 attempts to get from Turkey to Greece, so you can imagine.
My friend, I needs a safe room for 1 night in Frankfurt and depends on where her family will be I will be looking for a week accommodation elsewhere.

She is respectful and pleasant, I can promise you she will not be a problem. She only wants to see her family.
