I'm moving to Ottawa in the fall for university, and am absolutely ecstatic! I'm really into the theatre scene here in Moncton, NB (where I currently live) and just wondered how active Ottawa's cultural/artistic community is. Also, I was wondering how steep apartment prices tend to be (relative to the rest of Canada)
