The Institute of Public Administration of Canada (IPAC) is hosting a presentation by Paul Heinbecker on the topic of his highly-acclaimed book, Getting Back in the Game: The Future of Canadian Foreign Policy. Mr. Heinbecker is a career diplomat and former permanent ambassador to the United Nations, Director of the Centre for Global Relations at Wilfrid Laurier University and Distinguished Fellow with the Centre for International Governance Innovation in Waterloo.
